Wednesday evening training sessions dedicated to players over 18 who would like to be involved with the club’s 3rd, 4th and 5th teams this season starts on August 22nd.
The sessions are aimed at players who would like to train now and again; younger players looking to transition to seniors; players new to the game or returning after a long time out or anyone looking to get fit and improve their rugby skills.
The emphasis in these sessions will be on developing skills and fitness for rugby and led by Level 2 coaches Joe Pellett and Richard Guck. Physical Training instructor Adam Noone will also provide support on the conditioning side.
