Our approach is holistic, advising on nutritional aspects of wellbeing with the benefits of exercise and healthy living. What is your fitness goal? We will help you to achieve it.
MORE THAN A GYM
We collaborate with the CRFC caterer to offer a meal prep service. External speakers are also invited to the gym to present in seminars sharing their expertise with participants.

Focused group classes for those who want to push themselves to reach their exercise goals in a safe and supervised environment.
THE TEAM
Run by two CRFC senior team rugby players and a highly experienced sports massage therapist, CT will be offering strength and conditioning programmes that will suit your fitness goals.
