Girls Team 2023/24

Welcome to the vibrant and exciting world of girls’ rugby at Canterbury Rugby Club! As we embark on our second season, we reflect on a fantastic debut and look forward to more thrilling moments on the pitch. Our club is a beacon of passion and professionalism, where young athletes unite to flourish and excel in rugby.

Meet Becky McCracken, our dedicated team manager, who is the driving force behind our girls’ rugby program. Her leadership and commitment have been instrumental in shaping the program’s success.

At Canterbury Rugby Club, we cultivate a spirit of camaraderie that transcends the game. Our girls’ rugby section is about more than just scoring tries and making tackles; it’s about nurturing values like teamwork, discipline, and resilience. These values will benefit our players in all aspects of life. No matter your daughter’s experience level, she will find a supportive community that celebrates diversity and fosters personal growth.

Our experienced coaching staff is committed to refining the skills of our young athletes. Through well-structured training sessions, dynamic drills, and friendly matches, we foster an environment conducive to skill enhancement, strategic insight, and a deep appreciation for rugby.
