To be an excellent, independent and sustainable National Division 1 rugby union club at the heart of East Kent, providing outstanding opportunities for everyone, from minis through to senior rugby, in an environment where every individual can belong, flourish and achieve their potential, while making a lasting and positive contribution to our local community.

To be a high-quality, well-run rugby club that offers opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds, genders and abilities. We will create an environment that is welcoming, respectful and supportive, where everyone is treated fairly, feels valued and has the opportunity to participate, develop and contribute.
