Our Vision

To be an excellent independent sustainable National Division 1 Rugby Union Club in the East Kent area, whilst continuing to support all playing sections from minis through to seniors, providing an environment where they can flourish to reach their sporting potential within a club which is a valued contributor and an asset to the local community.

Our Mission

To be a high-quality, well-run club, offering opportunities for all ages, genders, and levels of ability; embracing civic values, and those of the RFU, creating an environment and culture that is welcoming and supportive. The club will also champion equity, equality, diversity, and anti-bullying in all its forms. It will promote teamwork, discipline, respect for one another, and enjoyment – whilst maintaining respect for the club’s history, retaining our links with the past; incorporating changes in society, new ideas, new approaches, and technologies.

The Club also follows the RFU Code of Rugby:

Everyone involved in rugby in England, whether as a player, coach, referee, administrator, parent, or spectator is expected to uphold the core values of our sport.
