Top To Toe Fitness Canterbury is a private training gym built for people who are tired of starting over.
Our members are often not new to fitness — they’ve just struggled to stay consistent. They want to feel back in control, build something that lasts, and train in an environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and not judged.
We specialise in small group coaching, so every session is guided, personal, and structured. This isn’t a busy gym floor — it’s a space where people are seen, coached, and held accountable.
We’re not for casual gym users or drop-ins. We work best with people who are ready to commit and want a long-term change.

Our Entry Point
The Entry Phase
A structured 6-week starting point for anyone joining the gym.
Members attend 3 small group coaching sessions per week for 6 weeks, choosing times that suit them from our timetable — giving them both structure and flexibility from day one.
This phase is designed to help new members settle in, build confidence, and establish a consistent training rhythm in a supportive environment.
From there, members continue into ongoing monthly coaching, building on the foundations they’ve put in place.
